The Mull wedding

WHILST ON MULL for the Maclean gathering, we had a friend from North Carolina wishing to renew his wedding vows. We had planned this for over two years, without his good lady wife knowing anything about it! Bob and Johnnie, we wish you all the best for the next 40 years! We hired Phil to look after the photography and he made a wonderful job of it! I can honestly recommend him for anyone wishing to retain his services for any photographic assignment on Mull. Will you marry me Johnnie? A good friend of mine Bob, from N Carolina, spoke to me over two years ago about this surprise. "I want to renew my vows whilst on Mull, can you arrange it without Johnnie knowing until Mull?"

Sure we can. With the help of his family and some close friends, we did! It came as a complete surprise for Johnnie as we landed on the shores of Mull. So much effort by Liz and myself, Bob, his family and some close friends went into making this fantastic, even the weather was on our side!

Liz and myself were greatly honoured to have been invited, so please accept apologies for placing our photo in here also, Bob, it went well eh!
