The 100th Scottish Hydro Electric Camanachd Cup Final  Saturday 22nd September - Bught Park, Inverness    Fort William v Inveraray  "The Scottish Cup" or to give it its official title, the Camanachd Association Challenge Cup has been played for 99 times since it was first purchased by the Association by public donation and played for in 1896. As befits the Blue Riband Trophy for Shinty it is a grand cup designed and constructed by Hamilton and Inches, Edinburgh. The player on the lid was modelled from Jock Dallas who played for Kingussie and whose great grandson, Ally Dallas, still plays for Kingussie. This year, the cup has been totally refurbished by the original manufacturers.
